Ms Tan Sze Wee

Sze Wee is currently the Executive Director of Rainbow Centre, which aims to create opportunities for persons with disabilities in Singapore. She has over 23 years of experience in the social service sector, having started off as a Social Worker at the Singapore Association for Mental Health back in 1998.

She has also been serving on the YMCA FACES Committee since 2008, bringing valuable insight and opinions as a social worker who has been on the ground, and who has worked with children. These experiences have helped the YMCA in deepening impact in the community.
