Supervisor, Student Care Centre (SCC)

Locations:

Bishan, Bukit Batok, Bukit Merah, Bukit Panjang, Bedok, Choa Chu Kang, Dhoby Ghaut, Jurong West, Marine Parade, Punggol, Redhill, Serangoon, Sembawang, Seng Kang, Siglap, Simei, Tampines. Centres are all within walking distance from the MRT.

Responsibilities:

You will be leading a team of passionate and dedicated teachers to impact the lives of children from 7 to 14 years old (SCC). You will direct the activities of students and/or children in the centre.You will be responsible for the smooth operation of the Centre and meeting of the student enrolment targets and profit goals. You will be responsible in teaching and developing children academically, socially, musically, artistically as well as teaching them on personal hygiene and motor skills to heighten students’ physical, mental and social development.

Requirements:

  • Certificate, Diploma and/or Degree in Pre School Teaching, Early Childhood Education or related discipline
  • At least 5 years experience
  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written), interpersonal skills with flexibility to work with various age groups
  • Patient and has a passion and love for teaching children
  • Friendly and cheerful disposition
  • First Aid trained
  • An innovative team player who is dynamic, self-motivated, pro-active, mature and results oriented with the determination to succeed
  • Preferably bilingual (Very conversant in English or Chinese)
  • PC literate
Teacher/Senior Teacher, Student Care Centre (SCC) – Part-time & Full-time positions available

Locations:

  • Training will be provided for those without prior experience
Teacher/Senior Teacher, Child Development Centre (CDC) – Bukit Batok, Woodlands & Bukit Panjang

Responsibilities:

You must be a good team player and dedicated to cultivating young minds. You will be responsible in teaching and developing children academically, socially, musically, artistically as well as teaching them on personal hygiene and motor skills to heighten students’ physical, mental and social development.You will be responsible for pre-activity classroom set up including preparation of the classroom such as ensuring the classroom materials are of quality and of adequate supply. You will be required to prepare course objectives and lesson plans for course of study following curriculum guidelines or requirements of our Singapore government. You will assign daily lessons and schoolwork, prepare and administer tests and record results.

Requirements:

  • Teacher/Senior Teacher: At least Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (Teaching)
  • Passion to work with children aged below 6 years old
Teacher, Kindergarten Care (KCare) – Seng Kang & Punggol area, Part-time & full-time positions available

Requirements:

  • Minimum ‘O’ Levels with C6 in English or Workplace Literacy Level 6 or above / Diploma in Early Childhood Education
  • SCC (Early Years-EY) or Advanced Certificate/Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education training courses will be provided for candidates without Diploma in Early Childhood Education
Supervisor, Kindergarten Care (KCare) – Seng Kang & Punggol area

Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for the setting up of specially designed environment including pre-activity set up
    • To manage children between 5 to 6 years old and provide high levels of interaction to promote critical thinking and positive attitudes towards learning

Requirements:

    • Minimum a Diploma in Early Childhood Education – Teaching (DECCE-T)
    • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
    • PC Literate
    • At least 3 years’ experience in a pre-school setting
    • Dedicated and responsible with a positive working attitude
    • An innovative team player that is dynamic, self-motivated, pro-active, mature and results oriented with the determination to succeed
