 Koh Shaw Luan (Shaw) had over 35 years of experience in the areas of human resources and management consultancy. She worked in various Fortune 100 multi-nationals companies at regional and global levels and had spent some years working in China and Hong Kong.

Shaw had served as an independent Non-Executive Director of a privately-owned business in Indonesia and currently she is a director of two businesses in Singapore. She also serves as a director on the Board of a global mission agency and is also a Board member of the Methodist TRAC organization.

Shaw holds a Bachelor of Arts and Social Science degree (University of Singapore) and a Masters of Science  from the State University of New Jersey, Rutgers. Shaw is also a certified Master Coach and is a member of the International Coaching Council.
