Thomas is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Esri Singapore, which is Singapore’s leading GIS authorities. He joined Esri Singapore in 2009, initially as the company’s commercial director – before being appointed to the position of Chief Executive Officer in 2014. Prior to this, he held senior positions in the media and advertising sectors, where he advised organizations on how to drive operational efficiencies and increase productivity through the use of emerging technologies.

In his role as CEO, Thomas partners with many of the country’s most progressive government, commercial and community groups, helping them explore new ways to strengthen their operations with geographic insight.

In addition to serving in the YMCA Board, Thomas is also an active volunteer in its youth development and community programs as the Citi-YMCA Youth for Causes program.

Thomas holds a Bachelor of Computing from the National University of Singapore. He is also an executive committee member of the Smart Nation and Cloud and Data Chapters in SGTech.
