First time in Singapore: The YMCA - Dale Carnegie Course: Effective Communications & Human Relations for Non-Profit Organizations

With 4000 executives from top companies trained, world class training institute Dale Carnegie is offering their signature course, for the first time, to the non-profit in Singapore

This course will help you meet the demands in today’s challenging environment. You will learn to strengthen interpersonal relationships, manage stress and handle fast-changing workplace conditions. You will be better equipped performed as a persuasive communicator, problem-solver and focused leader.

In this ten-week program, the training focuses on the Five Drivers for Success by developing in the participants:

1) Greater Self-Confidence
2) Better Communication Skills
3) Better People Skills/Human Relations
4) Improved Leadership Skills
5) The Ability to Control Excessive Stress and Worry

Accreditation

The course participants will receive a Certificate by YMCA and Dale Carnegie at the end of the course.

a. Online application to VCF also should be submitted if funding1 is sought.

b. A full application package should include:
i. Completed Application Form
ii. Crossed cheque
iii. LT Number obtained from VCF Grant application (if you are applying the VCF Grant)

c. By applying for the above course, the applicant will automatically become a YMCA Associate member which is valid for a year. The SGD 20 membership fee is inclusive in the course fee.

d. The deadline of submission is 28 March 2008 (Friday).
