a. Online application to VCF also should be submitted if funding1 is sought.
b. A full application package should include:
i. Completed Application Form
ii. Crossed cheque
iii. LT Number obtained from VCF Grant application (if you are applying the VCF Grant)
c. By applying for the above course, the applicant will automatically become a YMCA Associate member which is valid for a year. The SGD 20 membership fee is inclusive in the course fee.
d. The deadline of submission is 28 March 2008 (Friday).
