YMCA Members’ Event:
Professional Course to Making a Good Steak,
Sauce, Dressing and Salad


Would you like to prepare a steak the way a high-end steakhouse does?

So before you don your apron, take a tip from an expert and you will never embarrass yourself by serving another overcooked, rubbery steak after this workshop.

Participants will learn:

  • how you want the steak to be done
  • to make your own Classic Sauce (2 types will be taught)
  • the method to make your own dressing
  • to make Waldorf Salad

Time: 6.45pm – 9.45pm
(participants will eat own cooking in class)
