So before you don your apron, take a tip from an expert and you will never embarrass yourself by serving another overcooked, rubbery steak after this workshop.
Participants will learn:
- how you want the steak to be done
- to make your own Classic Sauce (2 types will be taught)
- the method to make your own dressing
- to make Waldorf Salad
