Guest Service Officer

You will be responsible for reservation enquiries and guests registration. You will provide prompt and excellent service to customers to meet identified needs. 

Requirements:

·          Minimum GCE ‘O’ level, Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred

·          At least 1 year of relevant experience in the hospitality industry preferred

·          Willing to work on shifts
