You will be responsible for all the IT needs of the Association, including hardware, software, network, applications, help desk supports and users training. You will advise management on matters relating to system and application upgrades including the implementation of current projects. Identify and implement improvements to the IT infrastructure for all Divisions and responsible for project management- planning, controlling and monitoring to meet project goals.
You will be responsible for the day to day administration and maintenance:
ü Develop policies and procedures – to ensure security and integrity of information.
ü Resolves IT-related issues – including new software, system upgrades
ü Perform regular back up, preventive fault diagnosis and maintenance regimes.
Job Requirements
· Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent.
· At least 5 years of relevant IT experience in systems analysis, project management or consultancy
· Strong project management, excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
· Self-motivated, results oriented and able to work under pressure.
· Good communications and interpersonal skills
