Member Services Officer
Job Description:
· Responsible for providing excellent customer services to both members and guest.
· Responsible for front desk duties such as cashiering, handling phone enquiries and promoting YMCA’s programmes and membership.
· Responsible for membership administration duties.
Job Requirements:
· GCE “O” level and above. (ITE or Poly fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
· At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
· Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in MS Office application.
· Able to work on afternoon shift and weekend preferred.
· Students are welcome to apply for Part-Time position.
· Able to multi-task, both in administration and customer service area.
